No. 4 | 2024 Riesling "Balance" (semi-dry)
The grapes for this wine come from the transverse terraces of the Gülser Bienengarten, where they were able to absorb many minerals and soak up the sun. After gentle pressing and chilled fermentation in stainless steel tanks, this white wine presents itself with fresh fruit and a balanced ratio of acidity and residual sweetness. This Riesling promises pure drinking pleasure and was awarded the silver chamber prize at the state wine awards.
No. 5 | 2025 KALLFELZ Riesling Schiefer Rebell (Semi-Sweet)
This wine delights with an exciting mix of fruity and spicy aromas that immediately make you want more. On the palate, our Schiefer Rebell is wonderfully uncomplicated, slightly playful and wonderfully fresh. With only 10% alcohol by volume, it is the perfect companion for carefree moments.
No. 6 | 2025 Dattenberger Pinot Gris (Semi-Sweet)
Fine and inviting bouquet, characterized by ripe pear, mirabelle plum and juicy apple, complemented by subtle hints of white flowers and a hint of hazelnut. No. 8 | 2025 Riesling Spätlese "Festival" (fruity sweet)
A fascinating wine with intense, tropical aromas. Sweetness meets acidity in perfect harmony. The minerality from the slate soils in the Moselle valley give the wine a great structure; there is a real pull behind it. When you taste it you understand what I mean. The interplay of these positive characteristics makes the wine extremely drinkable, you always want to take the next sip to relive the great taste experience.
No. 9 | 2025 Riesling Hochgewächs (sweet)
Ripe fruit on the nose. Apricot with a hint of apple. On the palate, the high concentration and a matching acidity give this wine the right drinking flow.
No. 10 | 2025 Dornfelder Rosé (semi-sweet)
Our 2025 Rosé feinherb is made from 100% selected, fully ripe Dornfelder grapes harvested by hand. The 25-year-old vines grow in the Merler Klosterberg hillside vineyard in a wire frame system on clay soil. Dornfelder is a grape with dark skin and light-colored flesh. Due to the brief contact during pressing, only a little color from the intensely colored skin reaches the wine, so that it shimmers salmon-colored in the glass. The wine was fermented in stainless steel tanks with pure yeast and checked twice a day for taste, temperature and must weight. When it reached the desired tart taste, it was stopped with cold and sulphur (i.e. fermentation was interrupted).
The result is a strawberry-scented, fruity summer wine. It has a subtle spicy taste and a fruity finish.

No.11 | 2025 Pinot Noir Rosé "Rosa Müllerin" (Semi-Sweet)
Full of life for sunny and enjoyable evenings with friends: our "Rosa Müllerin". Aromas of strawberry, red currant and raspberry. Rich in finesse, refreshing, elegant; made for shared moments. #one-tone

A sparkling, aromatic Secco that goes particularly well as an aperitif, with light starters or simply for carefree moments of enjoyment.
No. 14 | Goldschild Riesling non-alcoholic
