Koblenz-Touristik GmbH is your contractual partner when you create an app user account.

2. Creation of the user account (conclusion of contract), language, contract text storage

The following technical steps lead to the creation of the user account and thus to the conclusion of the app usage agreement with Koblenz-Touristik GmbH:

If you would like to create a user account, we need the mandatory field information specified on the registration page and the password you have chosen yourself. By clicking on the "Create account" button, you send us the request. Before submitting, you can change your details, correct input errors or cancel the process altogether at any time.

Only by clicking on the "Create account" button do you submit your binding request to create a user account.

The account is created using the double opt-in procedure. After clicking on "Create account" or "Log in", we will send an email with a confirmation link to the email address provided, asking you to confirm your registration request by clicking on the link. If this link is not clicked within 24 hours, the registration data will be blocked and automatically deleted within four days.

The contract of use is concluded when we accept it. The declaration of acceptance is usually sent electronically to the email address you have provided or by activating your user account.

Only the German language is available for the conclusion of the contract.

The text of the contract is stored by us and cannot be accessed by you after the account has been opened. You can print out and download the terms of use. 3. Notice pursuant to Section 36 of the German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act (VSBG)

We do not participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board within the meaning of the VSBG and are not obliged to do so.
