Competition conditions of participation for the Koblenz 2024 Wine Festival of Koblenz-Touristik GmbH

These conditions of participation apply to all competitions organized by Koblenz-Touristik GmbH via the "Weinfestival Koblenz" app as part of the "Weinfestival Koblenz 2024":

1. Participants (m/f/d) must have reached the age of 18. Employees of Koblenz-Touristik GmbH, the cooperation partners, the sponsors and the service providers of the prizes are excluded from participation.

2. The opportunity to take part in the competitions starts on 03.05.2024 at 15:00 and ends on 04.07.2024 at 18:00.

3. Participants (m/f/d) can take part in the competitions published via the "Weinfestival Koblenz" app. Participants must register when creating their app account, providing their name and email address. Participation in the competitions is free of charge and takes place by taking part in a vote for the "Wine of the Day" or the "WeinKaiserWein" via the app. The date or deadline by which participation is possible will be announced for each competition.

4. The prize of the daily competition includes a festival voucher entitling the winner to a glass of festival wine of their choice (0.1 l). A deposit of €5.00 per wine glass will be charged. A festival voucher can only be redeemed at the mobile vinotheque of Koblenz-Touristik GmbH. The vinotheque is accessible at the following events as part of the "Koblenz 2024 Wine Festival", without admission. The voucher can be redeemed there.

The prize in the one-off main draw for the WeinKaiserWein, draw on 04.07.2024, includes:

1.Prize: A 300W Heckert NeMo® 2.0 60 M 325 solar module (Made-in-Germany) with Hoymiles HM-300 micro-inverter with a total AC output power of 300 W*

2.Prize: Two annual tickets for the Seilbahn Koblenz**

3.Prize: A weekend for 2 people at "The Yokolou" in Koblenz-Ehrenbreitstein. ***

4.Prize: 2x 5 guided tours of the beer experience tour "Aromahopfen Plus "****

5.Prize: An annual ticket for the "Schängelfähre" ferry between Koblenz-Ehrenbreitstein and the Konrad-Adenauer-Ufer.*****

6.Prize: A €100 shopping voucher for Globus Koblenz-Bubenheim. ******

5. The winners will be chosen at random. The prize of the daily raffle will be transmitted via the app. The winners of the main prize draw will be informed by email (stored in the official wine festival app for registration).

6. Koblenz Touristik GmbH may also modify, suspend or terminate the competition if this should be necessary due to force majeure or external circumstances beyond the control of Koblenz Touristik GmbH or if this is the only way to ensure that the competition can be carried out properly. If, for example, a prize is not available, Koblenz Touristik GmbH will replace it with a prize of equal value at its own discretion.

7. A cash payment or a payment in kind of the prize as well as the transfer of the prize to another person is not possible.

8. Koblenz-Touristik GmbH accepts no liability for the condition of the prize. Any warranty claims by the winners are excluded.

9. Legal recourse is excluded. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. Should individual provisions be or become invalid, unenforceable or incomplete, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

10. Note: The mobile vinotheque of Koblenz-Touristik GmbH is also represented at other locations during the festival. However, admission to these events is subject to an entrance fee. The prize from the daily competition can also be collected there. The respective entrance fee for the event must be paid in order to gain access to the mobile vinotheque.

11. Legal notice: We hereby inform you that Koblenz-Touristik GmbH does not participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board and is not obliged to do so.

12.data protection notice: When you take part in a competition, your data will be processed in order to carry out the competition. If you win a festival voucher, you will receive a push message via the app. A token from your end device is stored on our server and used to send the push message.

The winners of the WeinKaiserWein prize will be informed by email. After the competitions have been held, the winners' data will be stored in accordance with tax regulations and passed on to the service providers of the prizes for verification. They can be used flexibly. You decide whether you want to use the garden, the railings, the façade or the flat roof to generate electricity (when installing on the balcony, please note the lack of overhead glazing approval).

**The annual ticket Seilbahn entitles the holder to multiple journeys on the Seilbahn Koblenz during official operating hours and at all public events outside official operating hours in accordance with the announcement. Exceptions are restricted areas and events organized by external providers.

The annual pass is personal and non-transferable. When using the Seilbahn Koblenz, a transportation contract is concluded with Skyglide Event Deutschland GmbH, Inselgraben 6/II, 88131 Lindau. The applicable conditions of carriage can be viewed at all ticket sales points and on the Internet at www.seilbahn -koblenz .de/befoerderungsbedingungen. If the annual ticket is lost or damaged, a flat-rate fee of € 7.00 will be charged for reissuing it.

***Booking period: October 2024 to April 2025.

• Pilsner from the Hopfomat and Zwickel beer from the tap
• After the tour, approx. 1 - 1.5 hours in the Hachenburg brewery restaurant

*****The ferry is available 6 days a week from Easter to the end of October (Tuesday closed), from 9.00 am to 6.30 pm. As a rule, the crossings take place at regular intervals.

• Dogs are allowed on board free of charge.
• The ferry is connected to the VRM public transport system.
• Public parking spaces are available in Ehrenbreitstein near the landing stage.
• The timetable is valid from April 13th to October 27th.
• Tuesday day off
